Overview
This policy describes the Revival Pool Co website and the Revival Android app where applicable. The public website provides service information and contact options. The Android app supports approved customer account access, service requests, scheduling coordination, completed-service summaries, and customer support.
Information We May Collect
The Revival app may collect and store information such as:
- Account and profile details, such as name, email, phone number, and service address.
- Appointment or service request details, including service type, notes, status, and schedule information.
- Service history and owner-managed recurring service information where applicable.
- Completed-service notes, appointment photos, captions, and completion summaries where applicable.
- In-app notification, activity, and status records where applicable.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to manage customer accounts, process appointment requests, coordinate service, document completed service, support recurring service planning, and respond to support questions.
Firebase Services
The Revival app uses Firebase services, including:
- Firebase Authentication for account signup and login.
- Cloud Firestore for customer profiles, appointment requests, service data, and logs.
- Firebase Storage for appointment photos.
Photos And Completed-Service Summaries
Owner-managed appointment photos and captions may be stored for service documentation. Customer-visible completed-service summaries may show completed-service notes and photos that have been marked visible to the customer.
Email And Push Features
Automated completion-email delivery, push notifications, and Firebase Cloud Messaging are not active yet. The app currently should not be treated as sending automated completion emails or push notifications.
Website Tracking And Forms
The current public website is a static marketing and contact site. It does not include analytics scripts, tracking scripts, public online booking forms, or an authenticated web portal.
Security And Retention
Revival Pool Co uses Firebase services and role-based app access to help protect app data, but no system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Data may be retained as needed for service records, account support, business operations, and future review. Specific deletion timelines or retention periods are not promised in this draft.
